Leveraging Digital Twins for Automated Flight Performance Analysis

Leveraging Digital Twins for Automated Flight Performance Analysis

Unisphere develops a digital platform that transfers pilot know-how and decision-making mechanisms into software.

This allows to increase automation across all phases of drone and air taxi operations and is a key technology to make flights of unmanned aircraft safe and efficient.

A digital twin of a flight combines a 4D trajectory with high-resolution weather data, aircraft performance models and operational limitation creating an accurate representation of the actual flight conditions. This data set is the baseline for automated decision-making replacing pilot activities with technology to enable autonomous flight operations of the future.
